My good neighbors Sandy and Judy gave to me my very own pot of thyme, so I have fresh herbs to use for this recipe! Having fresh thyme definitely makes up for the little bit of freezer burn on the filets =)

A History
The summer of 2008, I was cooking and baking a lot and had too many damn leftovers... so I started this blog for my friends and classmates who were still hanging around to check whenever they were hungry, and if luck would have it that a fresh batch of cookies had just come out of the oven...
After a semester of neglect, and then a revival! and then more neglect, I'm not really sure what this blog is about anymore. But for now, I'm still cooking and this blog will be posting.
